Return & Refund Policy

If a customer requests for a Return or Refund of the product purchased, all they need to do is email us at customercare@rektaph.com or message us on our Facebook page with the whole reason and email receipt along with photos and or videos of the said concern. Please also note that rektaph management will not be held liable and will not accommodate or investigate if the transaction is made outside the RektaPh Platform.

R & R.1

R&R policy shall only be valid if the customer files for a dispute after 3 days of receiving the product purchased. Whether the product is damaged upon receiving or unusable after 3 days, we will replace or refund your payment and cover the shipping cost as well.
